Lynne van Brakel Executive Coach & Director of PeopleLink In my work at Peoplelink and London Business School, I meet many amazing and talented professionals.  Like you and I, they are also human and over the years have raised many big questions in our conversations like: How do I become more authentic? How can I combine happiness, work and life? How can I develop and maintain a positive mindset? What’s the meaning behind what I do now and could do more of? How can I bring others with me? Everyone of course is unique with a rich tapestry of different experiences. I have heard thousands of stories which inspired me to address these questions in a very personal way and help people feel supported, positive and resourced to overcome challenges and the natural bumps of life. We all have the potential to be amazing with courage to take risks and step into trying and learning from failure too.  By being our own best friend we can engage courage and self-compassion.  By looking after ourselves we are then in a good place to give to others. I hope you will find the book informative insightful and a permanent resource for adapting to change and navigating life!
